Management Team



Jon Jardine, Chief Administration Officer:
Mr. Jardine possesses over 25 years of executive leadership and management experience encompassing human resources, operations management, strategic planning and finance supporting large corporations, start up ventures and private practices. He brings over 13 years of diverse medical consulting and practice management skills to Pacific Urology. Mr. Jardine’s primary focus is on the quality of service, fiscal accountability and operational efficiency. Mr. Jardine is responsible for all clinical and operational areas associated with Pacific Urology.
Mr. Jardine received a BA in Management Studies from Sonoma State University and a MBA from Saint Mary’s College.
Anna Cornelius, Clinical Operations Manager:
Ms. Cornelius possesses over 15 years of healthcare experience that encompass Front/Back Office assignments, Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems planning and implementation. Having worked in hospital and private practice environments she brings a well rounded understanding of the healthcare system. Ms. Cornelius is responsible for the day to day clinical operations at Pacific Urology and promotes exceptional patient service, operational efficiency and quality of care.
Terri Ramirez, Business Office Supervisor:
Ms. Ramirez possesses over 22 years of urology practice experience encompassing surgery scheduling, front office, office management and over 10 years of various business office duties. She also has extensive experience in coding and working with the many insurance companies that we are contracts with. Having performed various roles in the practice she is able to leverage her knowledge to ensure the business office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Alpha Moore, Medical Assistant Supervisor:
Ms. Moore possesses over 20 years of clinical back office experience. She has been a valuable part of the Pacific Urology team since 1996. She has worked in several medical environments in the capacity of medical assistant and supervisor. Ms. Moore in responsible for all the medical assistance that support our physicians as well as establishing policies, quality assurance and procedures associated with our clinical environment.
